Foot-Up Lunge

  1. Stand facing away from anchor point, left foot in cradle of 1 strap. Bend right knee into a lunge, lowering left knee toward floor.
  2. Slowly stand, pulling left foot toward right shin. Return to start. Do 15 reps on each leg to complete 1 set.

Make it easier: Hold on to a chair for extra balance.
