Triceps Press

  1. Stand facing away from anchor point, feet hip-width apart and arms at sides, holding handles. Raise arms, bending elbows and bringing biceps near ears, leaning body forward.
  2. Extend arms to chest level, raising body to almost standing straight. Return to start and repeat.
