Rotator Toner

  1. Stand with feet together. Hold dumbbell in each hand and bend elbows so forearms are parallel to floor and palms face up.
  2. Keeping forearms level and upper arms next to torso, rotate arms to sides.
  3. Extend and raise arms almost to shoulder height. (Be sure to keep elbows slightly bent.)
