De-Stress With Yoga

It’s hard to relax at the end of a stressful day if your body is restless. Instead of collapsing on the couch after sitting at your desk all day, get up and try a few poses designed to help you de-stress with mild movements. When you gently engage your muscles you’ll be able to release tension from your body and relax more fully than if you head straight to bed. Stay in each pose for 5 deep inhales and exhales (unless otherwise noted).
