Total-Body Finisher B: Dumbbell Mountain Climber
- Assume a pushup position with a dumbbell in each hand. Keep your palms facing in. Your body should form a straight line from ankles to head. This is the starting position.
- Lift your right foot off the floor and slowly raise your right knee as close to your chest as you can without rounding your lower back.
- Return to the starting position and repeat, this time lifting your left knee. Continue for 20 seconds, alternating knees with each repetition.
