Hammer Curl to Press

  1. Stand as tall as you can and let the dumbbells hang at arm's length at your sides, your palms facing each other.
  2. Curl the dumbbells toward your shoulders. (Keep your upper arms still.)
  3. Press the dumbbells above your head until your arms are straight. The dumbbells should be directly over your shoulders.
