Medicine Ball Slam

  1. Stand with your feet slightly wider than hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, and raise your arms overhead, bending your elbows so the medicine ball is behind your head.
  2. Keeping your core tight, throw the ball as hard as you can onto the ground, lowering into a squat as you follow through. Immediately return to start and repeat for 20 total reps.
