Medicine Ball Slam
- Stand with your feet slightly wider than hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, and raise your arms overhead, bending your elbows so the medicine ball is behind your head.
- Keeping your core tight, throw the ball as hard as you can onto the ground, lowering into a squat as you follow through. Immediately return to start and repeat for 20 total reps.
